What is the “My Florida Transportation“ Service Guarantee”?
After you have received your confirmation number, we guarantee that your vehicle will be there waiting for you at the specified time and place. We stand behind our service with over 15 years of experience as the premier transportation provider in South Florida and Nationwide as well. After you have received your "Confirmation Number" from NewYorkTransportation.com, your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)
What kind of vehicles do you offer?
Visit the vehicles link for a full display and description of our fleet. Our entire fleet consists of the latest models with the highest level of amenities and luxury possible. Our sedans are Lincoln Town Cars with six additional inches of legroom for comfort. Mercedes S-Class sedans are also available. Our stretch limousines can accommodate up to ten passengers and are available with a range of features such as TV, VCR, stocked bar with custom beverage orders always available upon request. Our custom vans have a roof extension for our passenger's comfort and can seat up to ten passengers and their luggage. The club vans are designed for local transfers and can accommodate up to fourteen passengers. We offer a range of luxury SUVs including Cadillac Escalades, Suburbans, Lincoln Navigators and Excursions with a variety of passenger capacities.
Our mini buses can accommodate up to 28 passengers and luggage while our full size motor coaches can handle larger groups of up to 59. We also offer specialty vehicles such as Limo Vans Limo Buses and Stretched Yukons for those occasions that require something different

What is the cancellation policy?
Depending on the type of vehicle and reservation, the cancellation time can vary from one to possibly twelve hours before the scheduled pickup. After this, it will be considered a late-cancellation and subject to the full rate as the driver and vehicle have already been dispatched to your pickup
Do you give discounts?
Yes, you can find our discounts in local magazines and coupon book ads.

Is my personal information safe?
All information collected thru this website is only viewed by employees of this company and no one else. How much is from Here to There?
Each trip is unique. The time of pickup, the number of people in your party, amount of adults or children, your preference on type of vehicle, origin and destination. Just to start! (Instructions on page) We will answer all your questions about how to get around Florida affordably while being chauferred by professional drivers....and help you to confirm a reservation so you can concentrate on getting yourself to "point A" and what you'll be doing while you are at "point B" or even "point C" - Let us handle what's inbetween!
How do I reserve my trip(s) once I'm ready?

What happens if I miss my pickup?
What is the policy for a No-Show? A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate. To avoid being charged, if you can not find your chauffeur at the designated pickup point, call our dispatchers toll-free at 800-482-0701 so they can get in touch with the driver and help you locate each other. In the event that your plans change, or you miss your flight, call 800-482-0701 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you
What if I have to make an extra stop on my trip?
Well it depends if you are chartering a vechicle or just a transfer.  When you reserve a charter service you have an allotted amount of time and you can go anywhere you please the vechicle and the drive are all yours for that time.  But on a transfer you are acquiring service that just picks you up at the agreed locations and drops you off at the agreed location.
Will I recieve a confimation?
Yes, it will be emailed to the provided email address you supplied on the reservation page.  Or we can fax it to you.
Do you accomodate children who travel alone?
Children aged 16 and older are considered to be adults. Children aged 15 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Also if you require a baby seat we can provide you one but for legal reasons our drivers can not tie down the seat you will have to.  Our drivers are not liable.


Payment Questions

When will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the service. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.
Why do you need my Credit Card to Reserve even if I pay with cash?
This is an idustry standard.  We only take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability, it will show as (Pending funds) if you check your credit card account statement on-line. The authorization amount is usually higher than the expected charges just incase if you decided to make some additional stops you did not inform us of or changed your destination .We will then only charge your card on the day of the ride after swiping the card in the vehicle and giving you a total of your charges. We request your credit card information when you choose to pay cash as payment option . So we can charge your card if you did not show up or canceled after the mentioned cancellation grace period. Passengers are obligated to ask the driver for a receipt before leaving the car
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept and honor all major credit cards. The credit card charge will be posted to your account the day before your scheduled travel plans. Of course, you may always pay cash or submit a credit card to the driver.
Is tip or gratuity included?
Yes, and it is usually 20% of total price


Airport Pickup/Drop-off Questions

Where am I picked up at the airport?
When you arrive from your flight, please call the office at 1-800-482-0701or 407-947-5045 and we will give you instructions on pickup location and time
How do I find the driver at Orlando International Airport?
Since 9/11 vehicles are no longer allowed to be left unattended at any airport in the U.S. - This means the "Meet and Greet" service has been forever changed. We found a great new system to allow our passengers to "hook up" with their driver/vehicle, with the greatest of ease.
Here's how it works:
• 1. As soon as you land, before you get your luggage use your cellphone or make a quick stop at a public payphone and call TOLL-FREE 1-800-482-0701 to let us know you've arrived! We do not charge for late arrivals.
• 2. Once you've re-acquired your luggage, AGAIN, call TOLL-FREE 1-800-482-0701 to let us know you're ready to go!
• 3. The reason this works so well is that there is most always a 20 minute to 1 hour time period between the time you land and the time your luggage makes it back into your possesion, and this time frame, "window of time", allows us to move into position and be waiting for you precisely when you are ready. We will direct you to the commercial vehicle bay we are waiting for you at, they are numbered and are located on the lower levels of either Terminal A or B at Orlando International Airport. Do you provide Flight Tracking or monitor my flight?
Yes, we track flights to better serve you and make sure we are there waiting for you all the time.
Will have a driver with my name on a sign waiting for me at the airport when I arrive?
We can have arranged for you and that is part of our meet and greet service we provide.
